Can be performed at home or the gym, all you need are dumbbells. This simple total body workout is great for first-timers and the unconditioned. Nine exercises, 4 alternates, stretches and a warm-up get you started.

Begin with two sets of 10 on each, and work up to three sets. Do not perform on consecutive days. You can perform this two days a week to start, and then work up to three non-consecutive days.
